Alvvays Set to Headline Fort Wayne Music Festival

Less than a year after acquiring the Middle Waves Music Festival, the Embassy Theatre has announced their 2024 lineup. The all-ages event has previously been hosted at Headwaters Park or the Foellinger Theatre Campus, but this year’s show will take place in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana at Parkview Field.

Following the success of last year’s hype event, Ripple, the Embassy Theatre is looking forward to continuing their strides in the city’s community: “Providing something of this magnitude in Fort Wayne,  rather than asking our residents to drive a minimum of two to four hours away to seek a ‘festival experience,’ helps us have an even more direct hand in helping Fort Wayne become a music city” says president and CEO Kelly Updike.

With Alvvays set to headline, and other performances from the bluesy, alternative group Houndmouth, indie rockers Pom Pom Squad, and more, it is sure to be a destination summer show for fans of every genre. In addition to the music, the festival will host 4 zones where attendees can witness live art, get crafty, try out new instruments, play yard games with friends and family, and shop from local vendors.
