The Dublin band Inhaler began their North American run on October 11th in Nashville. The Irish rock band, consisting of Eli Hewson (guitar and vocals), Robert Keating (bass), Josh Jenkinson (lead guitar), and Ryan McMahon (drums), announced their 20-stop headline tour back in May. “We can’t wait to see you all once again,” the band wrote on Instagram. Inhaler's current tour features performances at more prominent venues compared to their North American tour last March and April. This includes the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, The Fillmore in Detroit, and The Salt Shed in Chicago.

The band has been teasing their third album, revealing recording sessions in the studio. On October 7th, the band archived all their previous posts. They went on to post a video with the caption, “Where we’ve been these last few months. Third time’s the charm.” The band included the video on all their social media platforms. October 10th, the day before opening night, Inhaler posted an array of film photos. Captioned “Who's going to your house tonight?” where fans speculated these being lyrics to a new track.

Opening night at Nashville’s Marathon Music Works in Tennessee had a packed house of around 1,800 enthusiastic fans. The evening kicked off with benches, an indie rock band from Southern California. When Inhaler took the stage they played crowd favorites like “It Won’t Always Be Like This” and “Love Will Get You There” while debuting some new tracks. Inhaler fans, while camping, heard the band sound-checking four new songs, two of which they played live. They opened with a new track, “Your House,” and included “Eddie In The Darkness” in the encore before “My Honest Face.”

The highly anticipated opening night was not just about the music. At each tour stop, drummer Ryan McMahon makes it a point to draw unique designs on a drumhead, which the entire band also autographs. This special drumhead was featured at the merch stand alongside new merchandise designs. Frontman Elijah Hewson also allegedly told the crowd during their set that the third album was finished. After the show, the band stuck around to meet fans outside the venue and took some photos, making the night special for those who attended
