Young the Giant captivates Nashvilles Ascend Amphitheater

After a long awaited four years, Young the Giant stopped at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater on their summer tour.

They could not have picked a more perfect opening act for this tour. Milky Chance energized the crowd, giving them a taste of what was to come.

Starting the show with an introduction monologue with beautiful imagery, it set the stage for the first song of the night, “American Bollywood”. The energy quickly exploded on stage and the crowd ate it up; singing, dancing and jumping along to every song. The combination of their stage presence, along with their stage set up, the lighting, the fog, and the visuals, captivated the audience.

Every detail was very clearly thought out, which brought the entire show together as a whole. It was much more than just a performance, it was an entire stimulating experience. This is something you’re not going to want to miss.

They have a few shows remaining on their summer tour. If you have the opportunity to catch one of them, I can not recommend it enough.
