Del Water Gap, Role Model, Amyl & The Sniffers, Flipturn & More: Bonnaroo 2026 Day 3 + 4
Day 3
The Saturday of Bonnaroo 2026 began bright and sunny. The temperatures were rising to a true Tennessee summer. To get the day started, Off the Record caught Arcy Drive’s set at the WHAT stage. The band members were dripped in red, blue, and black paint. On lead-singer’s, Nick Mateyunas’, chest read the words “Cheap Folk Punk” and hand-drawn on his shoulder was an eyeball. The fans lit up when the band took the stage, and Nick threw a pink flamingo pool floaty into the crowd. It traveled amongst the crowd as Arcy Drive began their guitar-heavy set. A clear crowd favorite was their hit song “Roll My Stone.”
The Stews at Bonnaroo 2026.
We had the chance to catch up with The Stews after their set, a band that formed at Auburn University.
Across Centeroo, The Runarounds continued the indie rock sound at the THIS stage. The entire barricade was plastered with fans holding signs of support, with even some fans having traveled from state to state to see The Runarounds on tour. The audience lit up with smiles and joy, and echoed back the lyrics as The Runarounds jumped into their set.
Perhaps most notable of the day was Amyl & The Sniffers set. She began her performance with a clear message to the audience plastered as her backdrop: sexual assault, harassment, and misconduct of any kind would NOT be tolerated at her performance. She led an announcement stating for the audience to enjoy the set, to help each other out, to not touch anyone that did not want to be touched, and also F*CK ICE. The audience cheered loudly in agreement. Amyl & The Sniffers rocked the afternoon away. The audience moshed in a giant circle in the center of the GA pit. Fans were intentional with helping one another, lifting each other up if someone fell or tripped. During the band’s song “Tiny Bikini” fans crowd surfed to the front and the entire performance felt like a giant backyard party.
Rainbow Kitten Surprise delivered an emotional performance. The lead-singer, Ela Melo, announced she had recently gotten engaged. It was a very heartwarming and nostalgic performance at peak sunset.
Kesha hosted this year’s Bonnaroo Superjam. She dominated the stage in a fiery hot pink feather coat. The lighting fixtures matched perfectly the hot pink aesthetic. On the stage were clothing racks filled with Y2K sparkly outfits and two large couches. Kesha began singing her iconic song “Tik Tok” and the audience screamed with joy. Kesha brought out several other artists to join her karaoke-style, including Del Water Gap and Flipturn.
To close out the night, Off the Record checked out Flipturn’s set at the THAT stage. They lead a hype performance. The stage was filled with fog, with blue and white lighting. The moodiness had fans captivated and eager to hear tracks from their latest album Burnout Days.
Day 4
Bonnaroo could not escape the rain on its final day of their 2026 run. Part-way through the afternoon, it began pouring rain. The festival announced a brief pause so attendees could find shelter and safety. Bonnaroo kept fans informed via their Instagram stories. Luckily, after an hour or so of rain, the festival was able to resume! The Farm was muddy and humid, but staff did an excellent job of clearing spaces for fans and closing off sections of the festival grounds that had flooded.
The day resumed full of sunshine as Japanese Breakfast took the stage. She wore a black flowy dress and smiled ear-to-ear looking into the crowd ahead. Fans were excited to be back and listening to the live music. She played multiple instruments, and her vocals were a calming presence after such a stormy afternoon
Del Water Gap entered the THAT stage. His performance was emotive and intimate. Several times, he climbed onto the speakers to look directly at the audience.
Off the Record closed out the night with Role Model’s set. Fireworks popped off on the screen in the background and a golden ray cast over the stage. Role Model gave a joyful performance. He played several songs on acoustic guitar and delivered powerful vocals. Truly a great celebratory ending to such a fantastic weekend.
While Sunday was cut a bit short, be sure to check out our coverage of Days 2. See you next year Bonnaroo! Happy Roo!
