Max Donohue will reveal the bruises of life in debut album, ‘growing pains’

After 3 years of development, Tennessee-based singer-songwriter Max Donohue prepares to share his debut album growing pains with the world this August. Deriving inspiration from artists like Lizzy McAlpine, Ryan Beatty, and Noah Kahan, Donohue cultivates a delicate and whimsical indie folk air throughout his music. growing pains will have 13 new tracks from the up-and-coming artist, showcasing sincerity and vulnerability throughout every single track.

Donohue has previously released three singles from growing pains, including “nineteen,” “lies, lies, lies,” and his most recent, “boulder.” Each track exudes unguarded excellence in authenticity and artistry, showcasing deeply personal experiences and emotions from the singer. With consistently strong releases preceding his debut in August, there’s no doubt the rest of growing pains will echo Donohue’s lyrical and vocal excellence.
