DWLLRS are one of two openers on Claire Rosinkranz’s Just Because Tour. Last night they performed at Thalia Hall in Chicago, bringing an enormous amount enthusiasm to the stage. The duo, Bren Eissman and Joey Spurgeon, came out with enough energy to light up the whole venue. From their first song the audience was hooked and jumping around trying to keep up with Eissman’s carefree dancing. Spurgeon even knelt down at one point to collect a Pokemon card from a fan in the front row that was excited to pass along a gift to the guitarist.

The band performed a packed opening set of all their catches songs currently out, as well as their newest release End of it All - a more melodic tune with themes of wanting to grow ones self worth and confidence.
