Following the success of their diverse debut album in 2022, The Namby Pamby is set to independently release their second full-length record “The Birds Aren’t Migrating Like They’re Supposed To” on February 28th, 2025 via all streaming and buying platforms. This album has just as much heart as the first record, but they feel as though they have truly found a niche within folk and soft-rock sounds.

The new album (tastefully nicknamed “Birds”) was recorded locally in Fort Wayne, Indiana at Off The Cuff recording studio. Audiences can expect a few tracks to be released before the entire record is available at the end of February, including the dizzying lead single “Lucky Eyes” out January 31st. The Namby Pamby will hit the road to play live in a handful of midwest and east coast cities this January and later in the spring, expanding gracefully beyond their hometown reach.

“We have been pondering with and playing these songs for a little over a year so we are absolutely ecstatic to make it available for listening ears. These are songs that come from a very raw, soft, and vulnerable place and we could not be more excited to share these stories with everyone. This is a project that we have grown to be extremely proud of and the endless amount of support and collaboration put into this record has become pleasantly overwhelming!” says lead singer McKenna Parks.
