The Greeting Committee

Dallas - November 18th, 2022

The Kansas City based American indie rock band The Greeting Committee brought energy and heat to the House of Blues in Dallas last week. Lead singer Addie Sartino graced the stage with her firecracker-like intensity as fans cheered loud and proud.

The band has an authentic and wholesome backstory, being that the original four members all went to the same high school and their first gig was a school talent show back in 2014. This was absolutely evident in their warm and friendly stage presence. The four group members meshed well and bounced off of one another, cultivating an environment that had every audience member wanting to know more of their story and more of their music.

The Greeting Committee’s setlist felt like something out of a coming-of-age movie - inspiring, persuasive and charismatic to stay the least. For fans of music that channels the oh-so desirable main character energy, this band is for you.
